By participating in the One For The Community event, I understand that photographs, videos, and other recordings may be taken throughout the event.

I grant 4-3 Finish, its organizers, representatives, partners, and authorized media permission to photograph and record me and/or my minor child and to use these images and recordings for event coverage, websites, social media, promotional materials, and future community-event promotion without compensation.

I understand that One For The Community is a community event where participants, parents, spectators, media, and members of the public may also take photographs or videos. I understand that 4-3 Finish does not control photographs, videos, livestreams, or other recordings independently made or shared by third parties.

By registering and participating, I acknowledge that appearing in photographs or recordings is a possibility of attending this event.

If I am registering a minor, I confirm that I am the minor's parent or legal guardian and have the authority to provide this release on the minor's behalf.
