I understand that participation in One For The Community activities, including basketball, chess, trivia, volunteering, and other event activities, involves certain risks.

I voluntarily participate (or allow my child to participate) and release One For The Community, 4-3 Finish, event organizers, volunteers, sponsors, host locations, and partners from liability for injuries, accidents, loss, or damage that may occur during the event, except where prohibited by law. I understand that participants are expected to follow all event rules and instructions and that failure to do so may result in removal from the event.
